2014 is the first year I came to L. Liang Inc. for my personal return. Leah patiently inquired my family situation and my investment history. She claimed some rental expenses for this year which have never been noticed by previous accountant. I am happy this year there is no tax owing. In addition, after she reviewed my prior years' returns, she pointed out that the benefit of renting out then disposed principal residence haven't been utilized.
