L. Liang Inc. was formed in June 2014 when it acquired accounting and income tax business from State of the Art Accounting, which had been operating for more than 10 years. As a licensed CPA firm, we provide a wide range of accounting (Notice to reader, Review engagement), bookkeeping, income tax services (T1, T2, trust) with high quality at a reasonable rate to our clients. .

In December 2020, when we moved in the current location, we happened to have the oppotunity to take over partial practice from the formal tenant, a retired accountant Fred Bosma, CPA, CGA. We appreciate his effort for a smooth transition to us and will take care of his clients..

The company is led by Leah Liang. CPA, CGA, who speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese and very approachable. Since in 1992 Leah graduated with a management degree sub-majoring in accounting, business administration, international trade, she has been working in various areas as loan, financing, international settlement, accounting. From early 2009 on, she has been involved in public practice in the areas of a bookkeeping, accounting and taxation. With all the expertise, talent and passion she owns and diligence towards the work, you can count on her to satisfy your accounting and taxation needs.

Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tax season March, April Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.
